Refund Policy

We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, our consulting experience with 15 minutes free consulting before engaging with paid services.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a Consulting services time and effort on GetOptions, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Consulting for Paid consulting: Raise refund request within 3 days before engaging our Expert/s Money back guarantee is void if the participant has been part of the Consulting program or attended online.

Cancellation & Refunds
• In case GetOptions cancels/postpones an event, the participant/s who are ahead of 7 days of purchase, of course, will be rescheduled to any time mutually acceptable without any extra charges.
• No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to turnup for the scheduled Consulting but reschedule is an option mutually agreed time of the participant and the Expert.

Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the participant will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
GetOptions reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
